DIY: ROSEWATER

Ingredients:
ORGANIC ROSES (fresh or dried) We recommend USING THESE.
Distilled water

Instructions:
Step No.1: If using fresh petals, remove them from stems and run them under lukewarm water to remove any residue.
Step No.2: Add petals to a large pot and top with enough distilled water to just cover (no more or you’ll dilute your rosewater).
Step No.3: Bring the water to a simmer over medium-low heat, and let simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the petals have lost their color.
Step No.4: Strain the water from the petals using a nut milk bag or cheese cloth.
